Hello. I have recently been able to get on the KTS with only one problem. When I created a character and logged on, I immediately get disconnected and it doesn't even go to a loading screen. It just closes with no errors. Does anyone have a resolution or know the problem that I am having?

Guessing you're not from Korea... so have you checked that your vpn is working? :)

It has to be working. I wouldn't be able to get past the login screen with it not working.

Oh you're able to login... then it crashes at character selection?

Yes, I was able to make the character and everything but when I click to log into the character, the 15+ screen (I guess that's what it is, its a white screen with 15+ in the top right corner) comes up and then just closes. One time I actually saw the loading screen for a split second and then it closed. I do not know why

Hmm I have no idea then :/ No error makes it very hard to recognise the problem... Have you tried reinstalling the client maybe?

Thats what I am trying to do now. Its only going 11kb/s so hopefully it'll pick up its few minutes. If you know an alternate download site that you could direct me to, that'd be grateful :D

Unfortunately I dont lol... Why did you delete the client after installing anyway? I keep games clients just in case of problems with installation :)

I didnt actually get it from the KR Rappelz site. I got it from a site that had it in like 18 parts from 2009. When I updated the game it should have erased any problems with it. I guess I'll keep downloading the one now and install it and see if fixes the problem. If anyone else has a solution, please tell me :)

That is probably the problem then... The full client is better than having a client split into 18 parts from some random site lol

I did download the game from the actual site on my moms computer before I got my laptop and she didn't delete it and I redownloaded it, put it on an external hard drive and tried running it. I think they banned my VPN or something because when I run the launcher only a green screen with the weird letters comes up.

It did. I have been trying to see what the problem actually is and now the launcher just goes green with the weird letters. It just started happening and it was working before. So I am about 90% positive they banned my VPN =\.

I did manage to get on. :D I guess it was the version that was from that site. I think when the green screen comes up the login server is either down or I just cant connect at the moment.
