CS UD Hack doesent work

hi
i downloaded this hack [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

then i checked if some viruses are inside. there are no viruses, but when i open the he alwas said "hl.exe" must started bevor.

what ist the problem?

simple:
start the hack
start CS
hf ;)
i bet you have to press "Ins" for activating the hack ingame
