Hi guys. I have a little noobie question ;)

My friend's account was hacked. He knows the acc. name (of course) the security question (and the answer) but he dont know the mail. Its possible to get this account back? If yes, how?

i think he should just use the old email he first time sign up
as long as he know the Secret Answer

then he should remember the pw on the account
only the owner know the secret answer can change pw
