Error in MySql Line codes

Hi Friends of Elitepvpers!
I´m New Here, and I facing problems with a creation of a new private server of Eudemons..
I´m with problems only when I put the codes in MySql line.
Is all normal, everything is working properly, but I need put these codes to can:
Make a password line 32 VACHAR>
Make a account with 32 lines to connect to my server.
I deleted the netbar_ip as force told me, but nafthen happens..
The error is here again =/
Who can help me?!

I installed the wamp, but I cant configure the MySql!
Who can help me?
Wamp is should be, or I need use other version of MySql?! What version?

Error too follow when I try open the console :S
And the line codes, who have answer?

just try to not use WAMP, and install original mysql..

lol , try to make sure the password of your mysql account: root is empty ,then you can open the navicat
