You all should have noticed, especially racing in private with friends.
At the end of a race often your mate/s tell you what you get BEFORE you choose the card !!!

This means all the 5 cards have the same reward, the server has already determined what you will get from the cards, and so, obviously, all the cards have the same reward. :cool:
