Model change dont work anymore?

Yeah the Title says it self but, can i get it to work after the new "icy viens" patch?

I get error aswell...

Need some 3on3 arena action with my mates but cant get wow started :(
just say sth. around 1-2 weeks or 2h because then i would reinstall my wow so that i can play with my ugly troll :eek:
and yes im new to the modelchange scene so in dont know how difficult it is to fix that WowMe.exe ;)

anyway who does those fixes? i mean the new exe

u dont have to reinstall until the fix will come, just remove the wowme files from ur wow folder and the mpq files u added from ur wow/data folder and start wow as usual
