I read this on another forum. I play on wowscape/wowcrack and haven't been able to get this to work, though many other forum readers have confirmed that it does.

All you have to do is do the same steps as on the video EXCEPT instead of switching your weapons back and forth you simply run in and out of an instance! I found it easier to run in and out of the portal where you go to buy your honor gear. I.E. Hall off legends for horde. This loads faster then other instances so you can get the process over faster!
1. Get a weapon with a chance on hit
2. equip it in main hand preferably
3. go in and out of an instance over 15 times
4. attack something
5. laugh"
Here is an elaboration of these instructions from another poster:
"Have your Normal weapons equipped when you first log in.
You Then Equip a weapon with a proc into your offhand.
Then run into the hall of legends 15 times (in 15 times and out 15 times).
then re-equip your usual offhand weapon and your good to go.
i suggest fly/speed to the goblins at the western exit of org to test it first before you go to far from org."
I, however, have not been able to get this to work. Has anyone else had any luck with this?
