Rappelz KTS (help)

Hello !
I have many questions about Rappelz KTS. (sorry for bad English, i´m Estonian)
1. Where do i download Rappelz KTS. (i searched from forum, but i didn´t founded)
2. If i have an Rappelz KTS laucher, then i can paly with launcher only or i need other files too ?
3. I founded an English patch for Rappelz KTS, but how it works. (before need to be solve the other questions).

There are lots of threads about this, why don't you read them before posting?

KTS is IP blocked, so you need a korean VPN to play, and you need a real korean social security number to make an account. Again, this is posted in so many threads...
