Night Devil dropping areas

hi ppl... i was windering: why have a rb char ifu can't have night devil?
so i started wondering where the skillbook drops.
so far i haven't found any, but buying is kinda off-hand.. on my server it goes around 1-2 dbs.
please help and thx :P

Yeah in dis city...at the 3rd stage..you kno there`s 4 stages...so :D in the 3rd..just find a spawn and kill those ghosts or ... wth xD..idk i was long time there :P

once a friend of mine found one on thuesday and wednesday too x.x
