How to edit this .dat file

Maybe its a little lame question but... i searched for it and cant find it :o so... i cant edit any .dat file from Weed Server's config.pk can some1 tell me what program should i use? I tried it with Swordcrypt delphi with key "2F" and ""Žń˜<*ĄŔ?ŽÇý{ŠÝďţäň ł

Read my nick again please "amades->pl<-" that means im from Poland so answer in English please. I guess u wanted me to go R A G E Z O N E but it doesnt work for me :eek: when im trying to go page it says: "Invalid forum path specified! Please edit this file and be sure to include the correct path for your $forumpath variable." Dunno why^^ but maybe can u explain me how to edit it... it would be nice
