for all your silkroad problems read
????? Error:
Driver issue(s).

1. Update all drivers including sound and graphics.
2. Update DirectX to 9.0c.
3. Download any updates from Microsoft Update.
4. Check to make sure that your Windows resolution setting matches your Silkroad in-game resolution settings.

Hey Inukie,

I have solution to your problem which is Set Affinity >> SRO_Client.exe

If you have Windows XP/ Vista with Multi Core Processor:
  1. Run Silkroad as you do normally
  2. Then quickly open Task Manager
  3. Goto Processes TAB
  4. Find SRO_Client.exe
  5. Right click on it then client > Set Affinity
  6. There you will have: CPU 0, CPU 1 CPU 2, ......
  7. Select only one of them & un-tick the rest

Hope that helps u :)

Regards~
