runescae acounts-lvl 84 all around decent skills good money, lvl 96 high skills good money, lvl 112 really high skills alot of money. I am looking for charasters on celebrities arbiter server. pref lvl 120+ rb (water archer/archer archer)would be nice. i will also accept items such as dbs + socs
