Your arrays are missing quotes, try adding them and post back with results.

Before:
PHP Code:
if(isset($_SESSION[step2]) && isset($_POST[step2]))    {
PHP Code:
$_SESSION[step2] = 1;    }
After:
PHP Code:
if(isset($_SESSION["step2"]) && isset($_POST["step2"]))    {
PHP Code:
$_SESSION["step2"] = 1;    }

Removed " " colon.
Just add it.
