i think is Trinity Co (just its offline most of time) or The new server of Impulse The lost Dynasty there are no players yet.. but its a great sv

Like any server owner would post here, I'd say you should try my server. But try it only if you like to level and get gear rather slow (I got full super +5 with 3 sockets as an archer in about 4 hours without help). But, if you want something faster and you are looking just for PVP you should try LastCO or TrinityCO.

He should not try LastCo for pvp. Only if he want to spent 3000$.
