Shine Cabal is a good server
there are reborns and the rates are pretty good
3000x exp and skill about 500x and you start at class rank 19
im also 8reborn right now there others with 40+ reborn

About Shine Cabal, it seems they are going to lower rates and remove the RB system, I think that would suck, about Devinity Cabal, I haven't tried it yet, currently downloading the client. :)

Umm just to make you happy rainzin, we are going to open a retaillike server with x75 Rates :)

Servers coming online by tomorrow,due to a big issue with our Devoloper we had to shut down everything,there is some work todo b4 the servers can get up,all accounts are saved,no one loses anything :)
