Hello elitepvp i know that the rappelz.biz is down and i also know that chaos is making a new p-server just want to know an estimate of how long it will take for a new private server to be up and running and if there will be any new features like on kts server the card vendor ( just example). I know that creating server takes time i am just curious

ive pmed chaos no answer, and i know that chaos gets an average of 60 pms a day and just doesnt go through them anymore
