Character Creator

Hey, is there a such thing as a character creator for CO so I won't need to open their site to create a account for vps and waters ?

It was but it got patched a bit ago.

There is one, but the creator hasn't released it yet, he took the old one down from here because of abuse on his server.
He'll just post pictures of the interface to taunt people with it. ;)
