Need help HTTP tunnel and proxifier.

Every time i start HTTP tunnel then proxifier, then i run cabal it wont update + this is what i get[from proxifier].

I tried this too. I runed HTTP tunnel then updated cabal and when i can click the start button i run proxifier. I still can't connect, please help me ty. oh btw heres my pc info.
Amd Athlon 64x2 Dual core prossesor 5200+
2GB of ram
Windows Vista Home premium.

My only thoughts now that this problem has to do with vista...:(:mad::confused:

I use HTTP Tunnel and ProxyCap with the Cap you have to set rules for all 3 .exe files in the cabal folder.

I found this in another guide on the site it works just fine.

I did use Proxycap, it was the first one i used. Still didn't work.
I did exactly as the guide said, and also saw another guide aoubt A4proxy tried that too, same thing did not work. My firewall is off. so it couldnt be cuz of that. If any one has an idea why i have this problem Please post a reply. Thanks.

Well I think this progs have problems with Windows Vista because Vista blocks too much. (f.e. copy music from CD to computer - just heard it)
