Is there any la bot to download? or if I wanna use one I have to pay to someone for it?

there is no free la bot to download and it's not allowed to sell hacks/bots so you won't get a finished version here.
if you are a programmer you can try to make your own bot...there are a few public sources @this section which might help you.
