Firstly, almost all websites have ftp access one way or another. Secondly, as a programmer I would not host unfinished work on a web server unless it is a beta release or public access, as that is just a waste of my bandwidth and time. Only reason I might is if it was php or asp etc, and I needed the web server to test it. Thirdly, its still the same locked SV, as why would they have an unlocked testing one when.... they can create there own login. Next time you think you found the greatest thing, really think about it, and question how great it might be! Hopefully now you have some knowledge and know better next time!
