It depends on what patch your trying to look at.
The latest ones are not packed.
They only packed the conquer.exe for some patches.
I would have to look back through my patch archive to see what patches where archived.
What you could do is open the conquer.exe file in a hex editor and search for upx.
If you find that then it was packed with UPX.
If you don't find it then no UPX was used.
The command for unpacking UPX files would be:
"upx.exe -d conquer.exe"
Open a command window where you have upx.exe installed and type the above.
Of course the conquer.exe would need to be in the same folder with the upx.exe.
