+1's and ItemType Question

Okay, so I know that + items can't be put on the ItemType because a + isn't registered when it drops only when you pick it up, but what about a + that is already in possession of someone and then they are killed and drop it? It'd be nice to see that +1 or +2 on the floor when some idiot drops a whole shit load of what looks to be junk.
If this is useless or... already asked repeatedly, go ahead and delete it. I searched and couldn't find anything so... yeah.

Look... all +1 items belong to the server, which means no matter from what its dropped it wont be seen. Ive been trying to figure a way to compare the adresses for examble .. get a wand normal and wand +1 normal both at level 20. Compare the adresses. If there's any diference, a program for checking could be made.

its impossible to see +1's on the ground unless its possible to make a program or application at conquer that scans all the items on the ground whether what kind of items there was!

lol? Not even making an application is possible stop talking about things you don't know....
And no you can NOT see a + item on the ground no matter what. That is taken care of serversided, meaning you have to own the server to be able to see what's going on...

Imagine a Counter-strike server? Has anyone had one of thoose? or a Conquer server doesn't matter, If you posses anykind of server you will see a bunch of ips connecting and a bunch of packets getting sent to you. But no one else can see that.
