there is no way to block that kind of action
as the only way to block that is to implent a custom system to the account table
and because you work with action table , and those are bound per character is it not that easy to get that done
or to say it easy
if you lack on skills to get that done , then i am affraid that there is no solution at this moment for this problem
only solution is putting a level cap on it , so they need to spend time to get it done
but thats the only solution that is possible , as it is character bound and not account bound
other thing you can maybe do (to give a idea) is like the vip level
if you can figure out how the system reads the vip level , then you can apply that to for more security
maybe thats the main reason why TQ works with codes ... as it does not mather where you use the code but you can only use it 1 time (those days it is bound to character , you get ep when you login after you selected your character on the order page)
