Someone can do teleport "bot" or "hack"

Soo is it possible to do a hack to 2moons if i press ... well lets say numbad 1 it teleports to castor cave 2 and numbad 2 to crespo and so on... and if theres already one can you give me link or if its possible to do it can someone create one? :P .. ty
