Problem metting up in tc

Hey, im a lvl 121 archer and i am having a problem trying to met up my bow and ring.
My ring is lvl 116 elite +4
My bow is elite +3 2soc lvl 120.

I know its possible to met lvl these two items in twin city at the guy.
Since it costs a db for both of them i cant afford it, forcing me to try and met it up.

Everytime i try to met it up, it wont even accept the met.
I tried damaging both items and repairing them but it still wont even accept a met.
I reinstalled conquer, and also turned my computer off/on several times.
I have no hacks installed and reinstalling conquer did not help.

Is there something im missing? damaging and repairing didn't help?
And im positive that i could at least met up my ring in twin city, what is the problem?

You cant met things up higher than 112.

well, i did met up some 112+ thing, but i think you mean metting up to a lvl above 120, so if your item would become 121 or higher.. that's impossible

A weapon IS possible, my eli +3 lvl 112 necklace got metted up to 120. My eli +3 1soc coat got metted up to 120, my lvl 117 eli +3 1soc hat got metted up to 120. so saying items above lvl 112 can not be metted up in tc is a load of rubbish.
A WEAPON (my bow) can be metted up past 120, yet it still doesnt work.

i said 121 in my post, you can met up things to 120, but not higher. You can met a necy to 120, boots to 120 armor to 120, anything to 120, but metting up to 121 is impossible. So metting a ring to 121 (honor or smtn?) or a bow to 121 is impossible.

So, recap: You can met up to 120, but no further.

Only archers can met up bow to 120 rest have to use dbs after 120 you MOST use dbs no ather way. and ring is over 112 and cant be meted.

ring can be metted to 116, bow can be metted to 115, boots can be metted to 120, earrs to 112,neck to 120,coat to 120 but you can NOT go further then that. U can't mett a weapon from 120 to 121 or higher.

Hmm Im pretty sure u can met items up to 120 beside weapons.

you can me up clubs/blade to 120?i thought it wont let you after lvl 115?
as for everything else att ring to 116 ears 112 armor 120 boots 120 necky 120
