1) Read the thread on speedhacking with CheatEngine located somewhere in this forum.
2) Get Devrim's Trainer
3) Load NFSW and play in window mode
4) Open CE and Devrim's Trainer
5) Remember F4 is CrazySpin2 and F7 is FreezeTraffic
6) Start a Pursuit at Heat5
7) Press F4
8) Goto CE and increase speed to your liking
9) When you want to end the pursuit. Press F7 when the evade bar says cool down and wait a bit. (5min for max cash, 7min for max rep...I think. So it's pointless to spend more than 7min in the pursuit.)
10) You'll successfully evade a 5min pursuit in around 2mins while getting loads of rep and cash
11) Set speed back to 1. Turn off F4 and F7.
12) Repeat from 6.

Reportable by other players?! NO WAY!
Unless they check out your lack of MP races and Pursuit success rate. LOL!
Only downside would be the lack of parts.
Turn Tank Mode (F1) on if you want.
Version 5.13
Faking Legit MP Race
This is assuming your racing skills are decent without hacks. If your racing line, driving, and braking is crap, then you still wont win.
You can still do this trick to claim you're legit and blame it on sync.
Basically only use Wall Mod (F2) and Transparent Objects(F5) in MP races. F2 allows you to accelerate a bit faster and lose less speed when you hit something (I think). F5 allows you to drive through everything except for walls so you can use the best racing line.
With these two on, you can drive like you're a legit player. The cool part is you can ram other players and they'll get rammed but you wont.
Pursuit Bumper Cars/Rhino Revenge
This is mostly for your personal amusement.
Use your favourite loop track or highway. Start a pursuit, get to Heat5.
Turn on Tank Mode (F1) and Top Speed (Ctrl). Just plow through everything, watch cars bounce off each other, etc etc.
I once collided with a Rhino when I was about to go under a bridge and it shot him to the top of the bridge.

If F1 doesnt work properly for you, eg. cars just disappear when you touch them instead of bouncing off you, check out Devrim's forum. It works for me 50% of the time, so yea....
