I got a Problem

Hello Guys , a Friend of mine opened a Cabal Privat Server.
All is fixed and works clearly but when we come to the login page , it says : Please Try later . we tried internal.txt and some other things.
I hope some one can help us !!!! I'd be so thankfull!!!!!:handsdown:

post some logs as we can't read minds :P but anyway make sure the firewall isn't blocking him and that he has done port forwarding and added the right IP's in centos...

OK , Now we got another Problem , When we wanna buy Trans Skill we get DC anyone know how to fix it ?
