Bot small paypal

Hi im sorta new to paid for bots,
i was planning to buy a isro bot card but im unsure about the payment methods. The site says they accept paypal but on the payment methods i have only these 3 options to choose from:

-Google Checkout Credit Cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Credit Cards

-MoneyBookers: Pay with your Bank Account

-OLDCredit Card (+12% Processing Fee) Visa, Mastercard, American Express
