A Original Server

Hello everyone, I was playing some servers a little taking a break off of coding and I noticed that people have been going crazy putting a lot of edits which make you lag a lot, items that are over level 130, and NPCs everywhere you jump. I want your guys opinions on me creating a source and server thats kind of like original Conquer but higher rates, a few tournaments, and only 1st reborn.

Here are the questions for you:
Which client should it be based on? 4267-5017
Would you be interested in this Conquer server?
How hard should it really be to level and create gears?

I would prefer 5071 like arco had for new composition system. besides that low rates low low cp rates (1 per kill if anything) leveling rate 10x (decent) reborn really doesn't matter although i prefer 2 over 1.

It should be moderatly hard to level and quite hard but not to hard to create gears
I think you should have 2 rbs
10-25x exp rate
And win cps from xp tournaments and guildwars no drops
