help with multi

hey guys i wanna ask something...

i dont make a multi since long time ago and i was out of co for sometime basic come back last month. i saw that multi will be gone after patch 5006... 2 make it we still use the same way? by changing chinese to english or english to chinese something like that. or theres another way?
