Flyff problem ?

I can play other games for hours etc, search the web and no problems, but when i go to Flyff i can't do anything it says my internet is connected but when i search the web or w/e i don't have internet and i have to re-boot my pc...

Any suggestions ?

i used cleaners, AVG Tuneup, Registry repair etc.. and even optimize my system and still...

i checked and in my mom's pc (win 7) the internet is normal when i play flyff in it and in this one (vista) internet gets weird like it says its connected but nothings opens just gets loading until it says networks problems....
