Keep getting server inepection

Hello i need help for the past hour i have tired to log into sro. I keep getting server inspection every time i try to log in. I have tired uninstalling sro and reinstalling it and it still give me that message. Shut down the computer still doesn't work unhooked cable modem and plug it back in still didn't work. I even reinstalled windows didn't work my last chance is to reformat can some please help me before i do this and thanks.

Your Problem is here
Go to local station C ------> WINDOWS-----> Prefetch and empty this map.
here are files stored to runn the program faster.
Dont worry it are only copies.. after starting silkroad it will come again.
So empty it;)

and play silkroad again
