Diff bet UCF and PCF

Hey guys , i am bit new here can u tell me the diffrence between UCF and PCF
cuz i downloaded hacks for cross fire and it was detected so the owner of the hacks told me "if u r using UCF so it will be detected" ?!!!

UCF= Usa Crossfire PCF= Phillipinescrossfire
