I think its probably a defective chinese language pack.... But most XP computers come with them all as standard. However if its missing it will try and find 'similar' looking symbols :)

What evan said is correct,also at the last paragraph it says that it will extend five days of use of SV.About the dates after that sentence it said that those users of SV whos deadline of their use of SV from 20 october to 24 october can request for mores days when they renew their subscription as theres some days the subscripbers(wrong spelling i think) lost
