[Packet Log Request] Length and ID of a Packet

Hey everyone,

This is a really small request. Basically, all I need is the Length and ID of a packet... unfortunately, I can't sniff for packets because the tool I was using stopped working. If anyone can create a character and follow the quest until you get to KungfuBoy, can you tell me the packet id and length of this effect:

I would be very grateful.
Right now I'm using SobNPCs.

Give me a little bit i'm not at my computer but i will sniff them out soon as i get home if no one else helps you till then.

IF you search a bit, you already requested this for back in patch 5165. Impulse gave it to you. Having that info, it should be pretty easy to guess the new structure(if its even changed).

It's not the correct info. I'm already using terrain npcs.
It works but it's not what I need it for.
I need the real info on it for my server to
work properly.

Use p4n's Proxy to sniff The Packets.. Works Perfect.
