Alright so I'm coding reborn, and I'm curious, how should I go about reborning the gears of the character? Is there a certain mathematical equation to find the lowest level of that geartype?

Yah. Check out your database. You'll see a pattern in your ids. All you need to do is
subtract by the difference which you'll notice when taking a closer look.
