Hello Redbull from "Olympussy !?!"
I can tell u following things:

Again bunch of turks and arabs on EVERY server.
Really new: Quests for 8Dg/9Dg Sun 10Dg Moon and 11Dg Nova.
New Weapons and Sets for 11 Dg: Egypt Grade A and the stronger grade B.
Advanced Elixirs for pimping: for example Adv. Elixir Grade A makes your items +1 instanly and permanently for 100%.
Grade B makes them +2, but is harder to get and more expensive. (Example: You've made your Weapon +8. Put an adv. Elx. Grade B on it and it will be +10 :D
You don't have to buy a PvP-Cape anymore. You can just turn on your PvP-Mode whenever you want with a small delay like on the cape.
You get a higher reward (exp /sp) for the quests now.
There is a special Cave/Dungeon/Instance for your Job -> Jobcave :D
There you can make quests which give you a small amount of SP -> about 700 SP/quest. This quests can be done unlimited times, so you can farm your char there with Level 105.
The Cap was setted to 110 ^_^

You can try one of the 3 american Server, there are many good english speaking guilds.
