A simple macro. Hold down the right mouse button with fire circle as the active skill and it should cast fire circle continuosly without mana waste. Let go to stop.

i think he means, when you hold the right mouse button.... it doesnt continously use fc but will count as 1 and continue as 1 fc. because usually when you hold the button for fc you lose mana reguardless if used or not
