My question is simple my current version is 2.8.18 and it causes mad lagg and dc's i usually get dc'd after about 3 mins of game time...this has never happened to me when i was at 2.8.17 so my question, How can i stop 2Moons from updating to 2.8.18 and keep it at 2.8.17?

yes...however i manually installed the patch myself when it went to 2.8.18 your prolly still at 2.8.17 like i was till i tinkered with everything and finally got it to update
but still my problem isnt solved can someone pls tell me how to stop the updates? i used to know this..however I've obviously forgotten...so pls refresh me.

humm go to the file and open verson with notepad and type the number u want and save

No actually the games updated to 2.8.18 now...most clients just arent updating..i had to tinker with mine before it would update and after installing the update it screwed me over and made me lagg...so yeah thanks I figured this about about 5 secs after my second post here.Quote:

y do when i open the ver. file in notpad it said 3.0.0.. but when i open the game it said 2.8.19
