need help please

hi all i wanna start playing today 2moons but when i click start a my screen becomes all gray and i dont no why but i cant play so if any 1 knows my prob tell me :P thanks guyz

maybe the video card you use have a defect...try to uninstall/install the driver... i hope that it well helps you... :D
