he basically thinks theres a way u can deposit 10kk into ur bank somewhere in dc and log off in a certain co ords.. and when u log on after a server maint there will be 10kk back in ur inventory and still have the 10kk that was deposited into the bank.. sounds quite impossible to me ;)
