4STORY EG PROBLEM ON LAUNCH

Sorry for not speaking German! I don't know if this is the right place for that problem ....
Since I installed 4story EG I have the same problem every day!
When I start the program and press connect my screen turns black and then the game minimizes and cannot be used!!Sometimes it also pops-up a message saying I am using Hacking software while I am not!!!
Can anyone help?
Does anyone have the same problem?

you mean i have to reinstall...I have done this 4 times before and nothing is done!Problem stays
