A lot of servers already have this implemented and you can get a lot of the gears from copy+pasting from there client files. Remember you pretty much will need to rip the ani/ini/c3 folders for them to work. You still have to edit itemtype.dat,etc.

and even then it will be a half assed version. Just use a proper source and upgrade it to a newer patch if you want new features.
