How to ~Ele 0% cooldown

Hello all,

I've been calculating a bit and came to this:
Lvl needed; 76+

Skills; Recovery on 5

Gear; 2x Ohkeros(2x10%=20%) + Ice/light/poison (all skills +2) with lvl 6 skill cast -> recovery time increased by 2lvls -> 17% cooldown

Wcoins; Compound potion(20%) + lens plus(30%)

Others; CF ransack item (don't know name [claw of chaos?]) = 5%
so: 20% + 17% + 20% + 30% + 8%(cast stone) + 5%(claw of chaos) = 100% :mofo: :handsdown:

Is this possible? :p

95% is max u cant get more cus webzen put a limit on the cast and cooldown

will get you to 0 mana fast if you dont get attacked and use CF pots. I think more dmg and +1 stats are better, elementalist is not kamikaze sorc, if you are aiming for fast casting/cooldown its much easyer with sorc + he have better dmg and much easyer to lvl..

zerks and good knights will kill eles regardless
but against non stunning people, a cd ele i think would be intriguing

crit zerk -> stun
crit knight -> stun
crit ranger -> stun
crit swash-> stun
crit scion -> stun
sorc -> narco

so we still have hunter,archer and mage

Why would crit class kill ele? I was never afraid of crit class on my server, maybe because there is not much good knights, but still, few people crit me over 1k, permastun is the only problem -.-

Actully the only cool thing of a high cooldown ele is that if it has high cast too people can be killed with lighting strike spam.

that will not work because passiv buff "recovery time" dont decrease cooldown time.

it increases skill duration, that is not the same

thought so already :)
