Aimbots are ruining my server

I know some people like aimbots, and sometimes they are even useful. But they are ruining my server. Trojans are literally invincible in pvp now because fire taos simply cannot go against them without being killed.

The number of aimbotters are small in my estimation, but they are powerful enough to wreak havoc in the server, bullying smaller guilds and weaker people.

I want to discuss the pros and cons of such a wide dissemination of aimbots as we have lately.

Is it a good thing? Is it a bad thing? Have you had problems with it on your server? Or are you the one using it and benefiting from it?

lol not really a big issue on my server... I want 1 tho lol. Im not gonna use it for pvp cuase thats just plain gay.I wanna use it to train nado instead its a pain in the ass rofl:D

Server.dat bypass will be private from next patch onwards so your server will be salvaged. Most people just want proxy for the aimbot, not caring about the creators or the code behind it, so theres no point in it being public.

Aimbots are here for the less skilled. There are ways of avoiding it as most people who use them simply click away without caring for where on screen you are (usually hit/fired in mid-air). :mad:

Your options are to Fraps/HyperCam everytime you play and notify your server's GMs OR to use something like JoeK's tool (which i beleive has jump/run/walk all on one hotkey so after you jump, press it and it usually avoids the aimer.) :D

OOOOOO and the best one... get a fire tao and stay out of the FB attack range, nadobot is MUCH more effective as the range on that thing is hugemongous! (yes i said huge-mongous) :p

aimbotsarent that usefull, many areout of data and are buggy. In mine opinoin a good aimboy is update after every patch and should work correctly, like that the creator spended more than 30 days on it, instead of the 1 day aimbots

Im totally agree with ur decision. Since SV is not available cuz leechers coming here only 4 getting it, aimbot removing should be done too.

In fact all of us know botting for getting items/level is our only way to fight against bulkers, while aimbotting is only a lame tool.

Like V3N0M... I think that on one of the releases it was actually out BEFORE the official CO patch? Theres also the Manual Aimbot (basic crosshair target) and simple Shadow edits. Which would YOU class as an aim hack? :confused:

Why does everyone keep going on about bulkers? How about... you actually PLAY THE GAME properely? Then you can get a nice 130 archer, super and soc his/her gear, +5 it all, and make waters for the dbs/gems. Or am i the only one who plays this game as it was meant to be? :mad:

You know what i mean... some of us dont use it in general PvP, only for people which are KOS, Enemies, or just being assholes. Aim them first ;)

*M* Was not the first person to crack the server.dat bypass, im sure id be able to do one like before so thery'll always be proxies :cool: Though losing the Wall-Jump would be a shame but im sure I can find out how *M* did it ;)

Public aimbots suck, they just use jump packets.. we can be a little more creative now cant we? ;) Code a server, you'll figure out why jump packets arent the best choice of aimbot ^^

Well, this is a discussion sub-forum, so how about you explain why they're not the best choice instead :) Then we can all make a well-informed decision on whether we prefer fully-auto aims (like a proxy) or a client-sided thing (Manual Shadow Edit (MAB)) :p

Well.. i suppose it would actually have the opposite effect... would be more fair... but IMO i like it for the nadobot. Bladebot/SSbot can go though :) only ever use nado for hunting bluenames/redname anyway :P

Maybe someone should start a poll? And make the votes public... so we can make sure that nubs with 1 post cant all say 'keep it so i can leech' :rolleyes:
