ModName: msvcrt.dll anyone can help?

Hi all,
Sorry if here isn't the right place to post it, but i NEED some help...
I've formated my computer 2 days ago, i installed everythings that i need to play conquer and my pc work right.
now, i tryed open the conquer, and there is a message growing up in the desktop that says to send the errors bulletin to microsoft, and the conquer.exe needs to be closed...
can someone help me PLEASEE!!!

PS: my pc configuration is:
Athlon XP 2.400
40Gb
512Mb
Asus A7V266-MX

PS²: The error is :
"AppName: conquer.exe AppVer: 2007.613.0.122 ModName: msvcrt.dll
ModVer: 7.0.2600.2180 Offset: 00037740"

and i always plaed conquer on this pc with any problems

PS³: sorry if there is already a post saying about this, but i didn't find this, and i already searched at google about the error but i found nothing.

Either you havnt installed the needed drivers for your machine or your msvcrt.dll file is corrupt or outdated. Heres my version,,, yourll need to extract the zip file to get the dll file, the Copy that new msvcrt.dll to your Windows/System folder and your Windows/System32 folder ;)

After yourve placed the new dll file correctly yourll have to do a full Restart on your computer to get the windows to load the new file ;)

well... thanks anyways, but it didn't fix the problem... :(

i've already installed and re installed all the drivers....
do you think on anyother thing that can be this problem?
do u want i post a print screen?

msvcrt is the microsoft visual C runtime lib. Make sure your directx is up to date and if that doesn't help search microsoft's site for the C runtime lib redistributable. It'll contain everything you need to make it work right.
