No not exactly. An aimpoint is otherwise known as a crosshair. Basically, it helps you aim if you're bad at aiming or just want to be confident.

Obviously, you've used up all your rapidshare bandwith. Now you have to buy premium to use it, sorry. And no, its an aimpoint. It shows you a little green aim thingy that helps you aim.
