Uh, sorry to say. There isn't much anyone can do... This is not called Disconnetion. this is called CRASHING. The game can crash repeatedly and quickly for many various reasons. Ranging from Video Card Driver, to Resolution.
What I can RECOMMEND is:
Clear hosts (like the new little bypass)
Clear Cookies
Change resolution and bit.
Try playing full screen AND window mode.
IF YOU EDITED the data.pak!!!:
Simply reinstall, and reapply what you have done within the data.pak.
Other then that.. can't help you... if it continues with no fix you may even have to wait for new patch to come out. Because acclaim is realistically filled with morons... thats why all their games are free....
I mean they fix one tiny little bug, but create another 1000 user specification bugs. Then on top of that GG goes ahead and edits files on your computer to suite it's settings, regardless of any other software you are running...
