Use:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
to decrypt it to a text file then edit by hand with a text editor.

You could also try:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
but that one might not work on the newer itemtypes.
There to long, this editor was made for itemtypes that had less items in them then there is now.

These might help out too:

  1. Well you could find older version of itemtype that will work with [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] , be aware that it misses the shields and tort gem. This would require downloading patchs manualy and looking for the itemtype.dat files in them and trying them in the above editor till you find one that works in it.
  2. Take that edited version and use [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] to make it a txt file.
  3. Edit the shields and tort gem by hand using text editor.
  4. Take the newest version of itemtype and decrypt it to a txt file.
  5. Open both text files and compare the two, they should be different near the end of the files. Thats the new stuff that was added.
  6. Now copy and paste the text (new stuff) from the end of current version on to the end of your edited version and you should have a edited current version now.
  7. Encrypt that file now to itemtype.dat, there you have working current version. :D
When you look at text there is a number at the begining of it, that is the item number.

They are six numbers long.
The last digit is the guality of the item.
0 = Fixed
3 = Low normal
4 = Medium normal
5 = High normal
