so is there any possible way to repair without taking off our gear can cotobo do that now or is there some ther way if someone knows ill apreciate it

No there isn't sorry to tell you.
There is a server side check to see that the item has been taken off first before repairing. COtobo or proxies just take off your equips repairs them quick and puts them back on.
